1. Our quality assurance checklist
You can be assured that every part of the job has been checked and has passed the quality control checklist to ensure that you are getting a build of the highest quality.
2. 10 year watertight leaky building guarantee
Tim Whittle Homes guarantees that your building will not leak as a result of any workmanship by our company. In the unlikely event that a leak should develop, we will remedy this at no cost to you.
3. Twelve month free maintenance period
Because we are so confident in the quality of our build processes we provide one year of free maintenance for any defect. In the unlikely event of any failure we will replace or repair at no cost to you. In the event of a client supplied product failing we will help you organise subcontractors if needed.
4. Fixed price
You are guaranteed that the price on the agreement is the price you pay.
5. No hidden extras
We guarantee that you will get the services and products listed in our agreement. In the event of an unexpected change becoming necessary, we will seek your approval before any additional expense is incurred.
6. Build time frame
We give you a detailed build schedule and guarantee to complete your build in the time allotted. In the event of an unexpected delay you will be notified immediately.
7. Sub-contractors
We guarantee to only use trusted, proven and experienced sub-contractors who, where appropriate, are registered or qualified in their trade. We demand a high standard, so we select our subcontractors accordingly.
8. Quality materials
Your home will be constructed using only quality materials. In the unlikely event that a product or material is damaged in delivery or is not up to standard we will arrange replacement from the supplier.
9. Friendly helpful team
You are guaranteed access to your site and our helpful team will be happy to show you progress. We do require you to notify us in advance so we can ensure health and safety protocol is followed.
10. Communication
Because we care about achieving your best outcome, we guarantee to talk with you about any matters that may affect your build - however small. Our team do not make assumptions for you.
